Servings: 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • Β½ cup low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese (softened)

  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1–2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)

  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend for 60–90 seconds until it becomes thick, fluffy, and whipped.

  3. Scrape sides and blend again if needed.

  4. Eat immediately with a spoon like mousse.


Texture Tips

  • Too thick? Add 1–2 tbsp almond milk.

  • Too thin? Add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
