Ingredients

1 (24 oz) bag Lil’ Smokies or sliced smoked sausage

1½ lbs baby potatoes, diced

1 (12–16 oz) bag cut green beans (fresh or frozen)

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
4 tbsp butter, sliced into pats
(Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor)
Instructions

Spray the crockpot lightly with oil.

Add green beans, diced potatoes, and sausage.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning and black pepper over everything.

Place butter slices on top.

Cover and cook:

Low: 6–7 hours

High: 3–4 hours

Stir once halfway through if possible.

Potatoes should be fork-tender when done.
Tips

No liquid needed — butter and veggies create moisture.
