🍽️ Makes: 10–12 cheese bombs

📝 Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
    (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

  • 1 scoop unflavored or plain protein powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Filling

  • 10–12 small cubes mozzarella cheese (about ¾ cup total)

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.

  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, flour, protein powder, and garlic powder until a soft dough forms.

  3. Lightly flour hands. Divide dough into 10–12 pieces.

  4. Flatten each piece, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and seal into a ball.

  5. Place seam-side down on tray.

  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.

  8. Brush generously over hot cheese bombs.
