Ingredients

1½ lb flank steak or skirt steak

Juice of 1 lime

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

Marinate steak
Mix oil, lime juice, garlic, spices. Rub onto steak.

Sear steak
