Cheesy Spinach & Chicken Low-Carb Bake
Ingredients (makes about 4 servings):
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until fully combined.
Step 3: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
