✅ Ingredients (6 hearty servings)

  • 2 lb (900 g) lean beef chuck roast or round steak, sliced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz (225 g) mushrooms, sliced

  • 1½ cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Finish with (high-protein creamy sauce):

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 4 oz light cream cheese

Serve over (choose one):

  • Protein pasta, zucchini noodles, cauliflower mash, or high-protein egg noodles


🔥 Instructions

  1. Add beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, broth, Worcestershire, mustard, and spices to slow cooker.
