2 lb (900 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts

6 oz light cream cheese, softened

¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)

½ cup grated parmesan

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Place in dish.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, parmesan, and half of the mozzarella until smooth.

Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.
