All the classic Reuben flavors β corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and creamy dressing β baked into a lighter, protein-packed casserole, Abrar.
π Ingredients (Serves 6 β 40β50g protein per serving)

2 cans reduced-fat crescent roll dough

500g lean corned beef, chopped

1 cup sauerkraut, well drained

1 cup low-fat shredded Swiss cheese

Β½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
Β½ tsp garlic powder
-
Β½ tsp black pepper

Optional protein boost: Β½ cup blended cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F). Lightly grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.

Press one can of crescent dough into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.

In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
(Stir in cottage cheese if using.) -
Spread mixture evenly over dough.

Roll out second can of crescent dough and place over filling. Seal edges.

Bake 20β25 minutes until golden brown.

Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
