  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)

  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup roasted diced green chiles (canned, drained)

  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Wrap Options:

  • 10–12 low-carb tortillas (4–6g net carbs each)

  • OR egg white wraps for ultra low-carb

  • OR high-protein tortillas


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix Filling
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, green chiles, cheese, and seasonings.
Mixture should be creamy but not wet.

2️⃣ Warm Tortillas
Microwave 10–15 seconds to prevent cracking.

3️⃣ Assemble
Place 2–3 tbsp filling in center.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down.

4️⃣ Cook

Air Fryer (Best Crisp):
Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes until golden.

Oven:
