Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy inside — these ranch-loaded taquitos are packed with lean protein and perfect for meal prep or game day.


🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 taquitos)

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)

  • ¼ cup light cream cheese, softened

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade ranch blend)

  • ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar or Colby Jack

  • 10–12 small high-protein or low-carb tortillas

  • Cooking spray or 1 tbsp olive oil (for crisping)

Optional add-ins:

  • 2 tbsp cooked, crumbled turkey bacon

  • 2 tbsp diced green onions

  • 1 tbsp diced jalapeños


🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer

    • Oven: 400°F (200°C)

    • Air fryer: 375°F (190°C)

  2. Mix filling
    Combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese. Stir until creamy.

  3. Assemble
    Spoon 2–3 tablespoons filling along one edge of each tortilla.
    Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.

  4. Crisp
    Lightly spray tops with cooking spray or brush with oil.

    • Oven: Bake 15–18 minutes until golden

    • Air fryer: 8–10 minutes until crispy

  5. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
