🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 rolls)
🥢 Filling

2 cups finely shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

4 large eggs

1 cup cooked lean ground chicken or turkey (optional but boosts protein)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Salt & pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Scramble eggs
Lightly scramble eggs in a pan. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook filling
In same pan, cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add ground chicken (if using) and cook through.
Stir in cabbage and carrots. Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and seasonings.
3️⃣ Combine
Return scrambled eggs to pan and mix well. Cool slightly.
4️⃣ Roll
Place filling in center of wrapper. Fold sides and roll tightly.
5️⃣ Cook
