INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or full-fat, high-protein variety such as Oikos Triple Zero)
1/4 cup high-protein granola (look for a variety with 10-15g protein per serving)
1-2 tbsp peanut butter (natural, creamy or crunchy)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or any berry of choice)
Optional:
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored, to mix into the yogurt for extra protein)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Yogurt Base:
Scoop the Greek yogurt into a bowl, making a smooth layer at the bottom. If you’re using protein powder, mix it into the yogurt now for an extra boost.
Add Granola:
Spoon the high-protein granola onto the left side of the bowl. Make sure it’s spread evenly for the best crunchy texture.
Drizzle Peanut Butter:
Drizzle 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter over the granola. This adds richness and an extra protein hit from the peanut butter.
Top with Raspberries:
