1 tbsp whole wheat flour (or oat flour)

1Β½ cups unsweetened high-protein milk (or 1 cup milk + Β½ cup bone broth)

Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt (adds creaminess + protein)

ΒΌ tsp black pepper

Pinch garlic powder

6β8 slices high-protein or whole-grain toast

Rinse beef briefly under warm water to reduce saltiness. Chop into small pieces.
