(No-Bake)
β Ingredients (8β10 slices)
Base

200g high-protein biscuits (or whole-grain tea biscuits)

1 scoop (30g) chocolate or vanilla protein powder

1 cup milk (high-protein milk preferred)
Cream Layer

1Β½ cups Greek yogurt (0β2%)

Β½ cup light cream cheese
-
2β3 tbsp powdered sweetener (monk fruit/erythritol)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Topping

100g dark chocolate (70%+)

2 tbsp milk
-
Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter for extra protein

Prepare cream: Beat Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.

Mix protein powder into the milk.

Quickly dip each biscuit into the protein milk (donβt soak too long).

Layer dipped biscuits in a lined loaf pan.

Spread a layer of cream mixture on top.

Repeat layers until ingredients are used (finish with cream).

Melt chocolate with milk (microwave 20-second intervals). Stir until smooth.

Pour chocolate over the top and spread evenly.

Refrigerate at least 3β4 hours (overnight best).
