Steak:

  • 1½ lbs flank steak or sirloin (trimmed)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper

Filling:

  • 1 cup low-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)

  • ½ cup sautéed bell peppers

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • Optional: jalapeños

Wrap:

  • 4 large high-protein tortillas

Sauce (High-Protein Crema):

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Pinch salt

  • Optional: hot sauce
