🍫 Keto Double Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (85–100% cacao), melted & slightly cooled

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  4. Slowly mix in melted sugar-free dark chocolate.

  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth and airy.

  6. Spoon into serving cups and chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.
