Here’s a Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Wonton Bites recipe—crispy outside, creamy inside, and very low carb 🍓🧀
(No real wonton wrappers—keto-friendly substitutes!)


🍓 Keto Strawberry Cheesecake “Wonton” Bites

Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jam (optional, for extra flavor)

“Wonton” Wrapper Options (Choose One)

  • Cheese Wrap Method (Easiest):

    • 6–8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

  • Fathead Dough (More classic):

    • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

    • 2 tbsp cream cheese

    • ¾ cup almond flour

    • 1 egg

For Cooking

  • Avocado oil spray or melted butter


Instructions

1️⃣ Make Filling

  • Beat cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in strawberries and jam (if using). Chill 10 minutes.


2️⃣ Wrapper Method A: Cheese Wrap (Quick)

  1. Bake cheese slices on parchment at 375°F (190°C) for 5–6 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

  2. Cool slightly until pliable.

OR

Wrapper Method B: Fathead Dough

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together.

  2. Mix in almond flour and egg.

  3. Roll thin and cut into small squares.


3️⃣ Assemble

  • Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper.

  • Fold into triangles or little cups.

  • Seal edges gently.


4️⃣ Bake or Air Fry

  • Oven: Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until golden

  • Air Fryer: 350°F for 6–8 minutes

Brush or spray lightly with butter/oil before cooking.


Optional Toppings

  • Powdered keto sweetener

  • Sugar-free chocolate drizzle

  • Whipped cream
