  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped

  • 1 cup celery, sliced

  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped (optional)

  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained (optional)

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

  • Optional: red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Stir in cabbage, celery, and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes until slightly softened.
