Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined

12 oz smoked sausage or andouille, sliced (check for low-carb)

3 cups broccoli florets

3 tbsp olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp Cajun seasoning (or Italian seasoning)

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

2 tbsp heavy cream or cream cheese (for creamy version)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Season shrimp:
Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp oil, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. -
Prepare sausage & broccoli:
Toss sausage and broccoli with remaining oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. -
Roast:
Spread sausage and broccoli on pan. Roast 12–15 minutes. -
Add shrimp:
Push veggies aside, add shrimp. Roast 6–8 minutes more until shrimp is pink. -
Finish:
