  • 8 all-beef hot dogs (no sugar added)

  • 1½ cups sugar-free beef chili (homemade or store-bought keto chili)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for extra melt)

  • ¼ cup diced onion (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced jalapeños

  • Mustard drizzle

  • Sugar-free ketchup

  • Sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare hot dogs:
    Slice hot dogs lengthwise (or leave whole). Arrange in the dish.

  3. Add chili:
    Spoon chili evenly over hot dogs.

  4. Cheese it up:
    Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving. Add toppings if desired.
