Ingredients

Bread base (Fathead dough):

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

Garlic topping:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or Italian seasoning

  • Optional topping: grated parmesan or mozzarella


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Melt cheeses (mozzarella + cream cheese) together in microwave (30-sec bursts) or on stovetop until smooth.

  3. Mix dough: Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg until a soft dough forms.

  4. Roll dough between two sheets of parchment into a thin rectangle.

  5. Bake base for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

  6. Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

  7. Brush generously over bread. Add cheese if using.

  8. Bake again for 5–7 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  9. Slice and serve hot 😋


Tips

  • For extra crisp, bake directly on parchment-free pan for last 2 minutes.

  • Want it cheesy? Add mozzarella + parmesan on top.
