🥦 Keto Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup almond flour (or crushed pork rinds for extra crunch)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp Italian seasoning or chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.

  4. Add cauliflower to the coating mixture and toss until evenly coated.

  5. Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).

  6. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

  7. For extra crispiness, cook an additional 2–3 minutes.
