🧀 Keto Cheese Buns (Low-Carb & Gluten-Free)

Ingredients (6 buns)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Melt cheeses (mozzarella + cream cheese) together in the microwave for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway, until smooth.

  3. Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Combine melted cheese with dry ingredients and egg. Mix until a dough forms.

  5. Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into buns.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.

  7. Cool slightly before serving.
