Here’s a Delicious Keto Garbage Bread—cheesy, stuffed, and insanely satisfying, but low-carb & gluten-free 😋
(It’s basically a loaded keto stromboli!)


🥖 Delicious Keto Garbage Bread

Ingredients

Keto Dough

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning


Fillings (Mix & Match)

Use what you love—this is why it’s called garbage bread 😉

  • ½ cup cooked ground beef or sausage

  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices

  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, chopped

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • ¼ cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped onions (optional, keep light)

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free pizza or marinara sauce (optional)


Topping

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan


Instructions

1. Make the Dough

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (microwave 60–90 sec, stir until smooth).

  2. Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Knead until a smooth dough forms.


2. Roll Out

  1. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.

  2. Roll into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.


3. Fill It

  1. Layer meats, cheese, veggies, and sauce evenly.

  2. Leave a small border around the edges.


4. Roll & Seal

  1. Carefully roll into a log (like a jelly roll).

  2. Pinch seams and tuck ends underneath.

  3. Transfer seam-side down onto a lined baking sheet.


5. Bake

  1. Brush with melted butter.

  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.


6. Rest & Slice

Let cool 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
