Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt, to taste

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp minced garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

  • Extra mozzarella or Parmesan for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt cheeses: Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 30–40 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.

  3. Make dough: Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until dough forms.

  4. Shape: Press dough into a rectangle about ½-inch thick on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden.

  6. Add topping: Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle extra cheese on top.

  7. Bake again for 5–7 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  8. Slice into fingers and serve warm.
