  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup diced celery (optional)

  • ¼ cup diced onion or green onion

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone cheese

  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños

Base options (keto):

  • Zucchini rounds

  • Portobello mushroom caps

  • Low-carb bread

  • Cabbage steaks


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Mix tuna filling: In a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, celery, and onion.
