Ingredients (4 servings)

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

  • 1½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Creamy Parmesan “Pasta” (Low-Carb)

  • 8 oz shirataki noodles or hearts of palm pasta

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pasta

  • Rinse and drain noodles well.

  • Dry-fry in a pan for 3–5 minutes to remove excess moisture.

  • Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken Bites

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add chicken and sear 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

  • Remove chicken and set aside.

3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

  • Add butter and minced garlic; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat.
