Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 2–3 breakfast sausage links (or patties, keto-friendly)

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: fresh herbs (chives, parsley) or hot sauce


Instructions

  1. Cook Sausage

    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.

    • Cook sausage links or patties until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F), 6–8 min.

    • Remove and set aside.

  2. Cook Eggs

    • In the same skillet, add butter or a little oil.

    • Crack eggs into skillet (scrambled or fried to your preference).

    • Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add Cheese

    • Sprinkle shredded cheese over eggs while they’re finishing cooking.

    • Cover briefly to melt cheese.

  4. Assemble

    • Plate eggs and cheese with cooked sausage.

    • Garnish with herbs or hot sauce if desired.
