Ingredients (3 only)
1. Coconut cream (from a chilled can of full-fat coconut milk — use just the thick cream part)
2. Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3. Dark chocolate (sugar-free or at least 70%+ cacao, melted)
How to Make It
1. Chill your can of coconut milk overnight. Scoop out the solid cream into a mixing bowl (discard or save the liquid for smoothies).
2. Whip the coconut cream with a hand mixer until fluffy.
3. Add the cocoa powder and the melted dark chocolate. Beat again until smooth and mousse-like.
4. Chill for 20–30 minutes if you want it extra firm.
