  • Β½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 large eggs

  • ΒΌ cup rolled oats

  • Β½ tsp baking powder

  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch cinnamon

  • Pinch salt

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
