, Ideas of Oat, Yogurt and Chia Pudding 🍓

✅ Pudding with Oat, Chia and Banana

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats in flakes
1⁄2 cup of milk (oat, coconut, almond)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of chia
1⁄2 banana
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Preparation
1. Moisturize the oats with milk and refrigerate.
2. Mix yogurt with chia.
3. In a jar place:
Avena
Yogurt
Banana slices
4. Add honey (optional).

✅ Pudding with Oat, Chia and Kiwi

Ingredients
1/2 cup of oats
1⁄2 cup of milk (oat, coconut, almond)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of chia
1 kiwi no shell in cubes

Preparation

1/3 cup fresh cranberries

Preparation
1. Mix oats with milk until well moisturized.
2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or all night.
3. Mix yogurt with chia seeds.
4. In a jar place:
Hydrated oatmeal
Yogurt with chia
Blueberries
5. Refrigerate until consumed.
