Spinach Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup spinach
1 teaspoon of the olive oil
Go out to the pleasure
1 sliced avocado
4 slices of whole wheat bread
Preparation
1. Mix eggs lightly with salt.
2. Saute the spinach until it reduces. Leave some spinach for fresh placement.
3. Add eggs and cook on low temperature, stirring gently until well cooked
4. Place sliced avocado on bread.
5. Add a generous layer of scrambled egg with spinach. Also add fresh spinach if you like.
6. Cover with bread.
7. Repeat step to level 2

Tuna sandwich with vegetables
Ingredients
2 cans of tuna (no water)
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1β2 cubed avocado
1β4 cup cubed cucumber
1β4 cup carrot cubed
4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 cubed tablespoons of purple onion
Lechuga
Preparation
1. Mix tuna with mayonnaise.
2. Insert:
Avocado, cucumber, carrot and onion.
3. Adjust salt if neccessary.
4. Place lettuce on the bread.
5. Add a generous but firm layer of tuna salad.
6. Cover with bread.
7. Repeat step to level 2
8. Place making sure the salad doesn’t come out.

Chicken sandwich with avocado
Ingredients
2 cups of shredded chicken breast
3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Lechuga
1 sliced avocado
1 slice tomato
4 slices of whole wheat bread
Preparation
1. Mix chicken with mayonnaise
2. Place lettuce on the bread.
3. Add a loose layer of chicken with mayonnaise.
4. Slice avocado and tomato.
5. Cover with bread.
6. Repeat step to level 2 and done.

Ingredients
1 avocado in sheets
1 slice tomato
1β2 cucumber in flakes
2 slices of cheese (mozzarella type, stain or fresh)
Lettuce leaves
4 slices of whole wheat bread
Preparation
1. Place lettuce on 2 slices of bread.
2. Add the cheese.
3. Lays orderly layers of:
cucumber, tomato and avocado
4. Close with bread.
5. Repeat the process for level 2
