Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
6 large eggs
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Pinch of salt & black pepper
Optional Topping:
Extra everything bagel seasoning for sprinkling on top
Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a muffin tin.
Step 2: Mix the Base
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, blended cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Fill & Season
Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
Step 4: Bake
