I made my first Buffalo Chicken Protein Dip!! You guys… this is insane for meal prep and totally low-carb
5 oz shredded chicken
3 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot (or your favorite hot sauce!)
½ teaspoon ranch seasoning
Just mix everything together in a small bowl or skillet until creamy and heated through. That’s it! So simple, takes like 5 minutes, and packs 37g protein, 4g carbs, and 15g fat
Perfect for dipping celery, cucumber slices, or even just eating straight from the bowl (I won’t judge ).
