  • ½ scoop (15–20g) vanilla whey protein

  • ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • ½ cup chopped pecans


High-Protein Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 225g light cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup powdered sweetener (or powdered sugar)

  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional garnish:

  • Extra toasted pecans

  • Extra coconut


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease two 8-inch round pans.
