🧀 Cheesy Keto Sausage Balls (High-Protein)

These low-carb, protein-packed sausage balls are perfect for meal prep, snacks, or party appetizers. Crispy outside, cheesy and juicy inside.


🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~18–20 balls)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper


🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Form balls
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.

  4. Bake
    Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
