These low-carb, protein-packed sausage balls are perfect for meal prep, snacks, or party appetizers. Crispy outside, cheesy and juicy inside.
🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~18–20 balls)

½ tsp garlic powder

🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until fully combined. -
Form balls
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. -
