Here’s a high-protein Cheesy Mini Pizza Burgers recipe that hits pizza cravings without blowing your macros.

Cheesy Mini Pizza Burgers (High Protein)

Makes: 8 mini burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93–96% lean ground beef
    (or ground turkey for leaner macros)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper

  • ½ cup low-sugar pizza sauce

  • ¾ cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 8 high-protein mini buns
    (or slider thins / keto buns)

  • Optional toppings: turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 205°C or heat a skillet.

  2. Mix meat with seasonings. Form 8 small patties.

  3. Cook patties 3–4 min per side until just done.

  4. Place patties on a baking sheet.
    Spoon ~1 tbsp pizza sauce on each.

  5. Top with mozzarella + Parmesan (and pepperoni if using).

  6. Bake 5–7 min until cheese melts and bubbles.

  7. Serve on warm buns.
