Cheesy Mini Pizza Burgers (High Protein)
Makes: 8 mini burgers
Ingredients

1 lb 93–96% lean ground beef
(or ground turkey for leaner macros) -
½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

½ cup low-sugar pizza sauce

¾ cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded

¼ cup grated Parmesan

8 high-protein mini buns
(or slider thins / keto buns) -
Optional toppings: turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, olives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F / 205°C or heat a skillet.

Mix meat with seasonings. Form 8 small patties.

Cook patties 3–4 min per side until just done.

Spoon ~1 tbsp pizza sauce on each. -
