Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin low-carb)

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (optional)

  • Β½ cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 scoop (unflavored) collagen or protein powder (optional boost)

  1. Prep noodles:

    • Rinse shirataki very well.
