Ingredients (6–8 servings)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup powdered erythritol or powdered monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan

    • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. Heat the Base

    • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and cream together.

    • Stir in sweetener and salt. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Add Chocolate

    • Remove from heat. Add sugar-free chocolate chips and vanilla.
