Ingredients

  1. 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  2. ¾ cup almond flour

  3. 1 large egg

  4. 1 tsp baking powder

(Optional but recommended: pinch of salt)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven

    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the Cheese

    • Microwave mozzarella in 30-second bursts until fully melted and stretchy.

  3. Make the Dough

    • Stir in almond flour and baking powder.

    • Add egg and mix well until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Shape & Bake
