🍫 Easy Keto Chocolate Frosty

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1½–2 cups ice


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until thick, smooth, and frosty.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Serve immediately with a spoon or straw.


Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter 🥜

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil (extra fat)

  • 1 scoop keto chocolate protein powder

  • Sugar-free chocolate chips on top
