🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare eggs
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2️⃣ Cook egg pancake
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with cooking spray or olive oil.
Pour eggs into pan, swirling to coat evenly. Cook 2–3 minutes until edges set.
3️⃣ Add filling
Sprinkle chopped ham and mozzarella over half the egg pancake.
Cover with lid for 1–2 minutes to melt cheese.
4️⃣ Fold & serve
Fold pancake over filling. Slide onto plate. Garnish with herbs if desired.
