🛒 Ingredients (Makes 12–14 bites)

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
    (or 1 cup flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

  • ½ scoop (15g) unflavored or vanilla whey protein

  • ½ cup low-fat shredded mozzarella

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 1–2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, flour, and protein powder until dough forms.

  3. Fold in mozzarella.

  4. Divide into 12–14 small balls.

  5. Brush tops with beaten egg.

  6. Sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning.

  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

  8. Cool slightly before serving.
