High-Protein Tips
-
Use sirloin or strip steak for a leaner, high-protein cut.
-
Don’t overcrowd the pan—good sear = better flavor without extra fat.
-
Add a side of plain Greek yogurt with lemon and salt as a dip for extra protein.
