High-Protein Baked Cream Cheese Chicken

Creamy, cheesy comfort food made lighter and macro-friendly. This Baked Cream Cheese Chicken is very high in protein, low in carbs, and perfect for meal prep.


🐔🧀 High-Protein Baked Cream Cheese Chicken

✅ Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 2 lb (900 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 oz light cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Place in dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, parmesan, and half of the mozzarella until smooth.

  4. Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.

  5. Top with remaining mozzarella.

  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and top is golden.

  7. Rest 5 minutes, sprinkle parsley, and serve.
