½ cup almond flour

½ tsp baking powder
-
Pinch of salt

1 large egg
-
¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain, nonfat or 2%)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2–3 tbsp almond milk (as needed)

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add almond milk gradually until thick brownie-style batter forms.
-

Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
-
Cool completely (they firm up as they cool).

💡 Tips for Best Texture
-
Don’t overbake — slightly underbaked = fudgier.
-
If using plant protein, add 1 extra tbsp yogurt for moisture.
-
For extra gooey cookies, press a few chocolate chips on top before baking.
