  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional boost)

  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened

  • ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (to thin)

  1. Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Grease an 8Γ—8 pan.

  2. Mix Greek yogurt, egg, and melted butter.

  3. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  5. Roll into a rectangle (about ΒΌ-inch thick).

  6. Spread softened butter over dough.
