High-Protein Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting

ΒΌ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional boost)
π§ Cream Cheese Protein Frosting

4 oz light cream cheese, softened

ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2β3 tbsp powdered sweetener
-
1β2 tbsp milk (to thin)

Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Grease an 8Γ8 pan.

Mix Greek yogurt, egg, and melted butter.

In another bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet and dry to form soft dough.

Roll into a rectangle (about ΒΌ-inch thick).

Spread softened butter over dough.

Mix cinnamon + sugar (+ protein powder if using) and sprinkle evenly.

Roll tightly into a log and slice into 9 rolls.

Place in pan and bake 20β25 minutes until golden.

Cool slightly before frosting.

Spread over warm rolls.
