High-Protein Strawberry Banana Nice Cream

This looks like a banana strawberry “nice cream” made in a food processor — but we’ll turn it into a high-protein version that’s still thick, creamy, and scoopable.

No ice cream maker needed.


🍓🍌 High-Protein Strawberry Banana Nice Cream

🥣 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced & frozen

  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (thick, high protein)

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

  • 2–4 tbsp milk (as needed to blend)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Sweetener to taste (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Freeze banana slices and strawberries at least 4–6 hours (or overnight).

  2. Add frozen fruit to a food processor.

  3. Add Greek yogurt and protein powder.

  4. Blend, scraping sides as needed.

  5. Add a little milk only if needed to keep it moving.

  6. Process until thick, smooth, and ice-cream texture.

  7. Serve immediately soft-serve style or freeze 30–60 minutes to scoop.
