Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Taquitos

These Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Taquitos are crispy, cheesy, and packed with burger flavor—without tortillas.


🥓🧀 Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Taquitos

Servings: 6 taquitos

Ingredients

“Tortilla” (Cheese Wraps)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (about ¼ cup per taquito)

Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp diced pickles (optional but authentic!)


Instructions

1) Make the Cheese Wraps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place ¼ cup cheddar into small circles.

  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until melted and lightly golden.

  4. Let cool 20–30 seconds (pliable but not hard).

2) Make the Filling

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.

  2. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pickles.

  3. Cook until creamy and well combined.

3) Form the Taquitos

  1. Spoon filling across each cheese circle.

  2. Roll tightly like a taquito while still warm.

  3. Place seam-side down to set.

4) Crisp Them

  • Air fry 3–4 minutes at 375°F, or

  • Bake 5–7 minutes until crispy.
