Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture.

  3. Mix broccoli, cheeses, egg, almond flour, seasonings, salt & pepper.

  4. Scoop & shape tablespoon-sized mounds onto baking sheet; flatten slightly.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.


Air Fryer Option

  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.
